Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only valid for your most recent call. Contact your coach directly via email eg 'luke@tradeonlybusinessdcoaching.com' 

Explain why you didn't feel you received the service you expected, giving constructive feedback where possible to help improve our service. A full refund will be issued within 7 working days 

Coaching calls must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to appointment in order to qualify for a refund. Cancelations will be refunded in full if done so by the permitted 48 hours notice
